Electronics & Telecommunication has played a pivotal role in improving quality of human life and also contributed to the economic growth of our nation and the world at large The department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, established in 2009 is synergistic product of many proactive minds working concertedly to its potential in all aspects to take the department above the horizon. As rapidly changing technology creates many opportunities & challenges, it is our responsibility to constantly encourage our budding engineers. In our department we are having 11 faculties among them 6 have completed their M.E. in their expertise domain. The main vision of the department is to mold tomorrow’s technocrats by imbibing the essence of human values for innovation and creativity in science and technology towards building a peaceful self-sustaining Digital India and New India. The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is offering technology oriented courses and creating manpower in the strategic areas well compatible with the industrial expectations. Department has well-equipped technical infrastructure with Analog Electronics Lab, Linear Integrated Circuit Lab & DTMP Lab, Incubation Lab, Electronics Workshop Lab, Measurement and Control, VLSI Lab, Communication and Advance Communication Lab. Keeping in mind that experiential learning is the ethos, we organize various Aptitude & Soft Skill trainings, Technical skill development programmes, Workshops, Industrial Visits, Guest Lectures of eminent personalities in the related field and Industrial experts. We also inspirit our students to organize various activities through Students’ Forum i.e. E-TESA and participate in various co-curricular, extra-curricular and sports activities. 1.Vision of E&TC Department To establish a Centre of Value Embedded, Quality Technical Education in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering focusing on societal needs and staying aligned with advancing technologies and evolving cultural challenges. 2 Mission of E&TC Department 2.1 To provide state of the art facilities and an enabling environment for advanced teaching-learning process. 2.2 To develop motor skill in current and emerging technologies of electronics and telecommunication engineering for their higher education and placement. 2.3 To develop holistic personality of the student through co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
